* share. Grocery stores don't sell salmon in individual serving size increments. Hopefully, the leftovers will be good.
* Oil the pan, or line it with foil. That might make cleaning a little easier.

* Cayenne pepper is perhaps a little strong for me. I should have been born in a place that loves bland food. The olive oil rubbing did transmit the taste quite nicely.
* I don't have to eat crappy food all the time just because I cook alone.
